HomeshareTucson:

The name came from sharing homes. The welcome grew into sharing life.

Homeshare started with a big real-estate idea: a place where every town could share its homes, from Tucson to New York, Santa Monica, or Alberta. Then COVID happened. In 2026, the grand licensing empire is taking a little scenic route. These days, Homeshare is more like the front porch at Been There, Done That: a place to swap stories, laugh about what we have learned, talk money and meals, enjoy music, and compare notes on this business of being a senior. No reservation required, and nobody has to strip the bed before leaving.
